Rebate equals 5% of the total collected value of Shade Co jobs purchased and paid in full by the partner's referred clients during each calendar quarter, paid by check within 30 days of quarter close. Partner must be enrolled and have a completed W-9 on file; rebates are reported on IRS Form 1099 where required. Jobs must be attributed to the partner at time of estimate.
